CMI goes Titanic

Last time I watched Titanic, I really really wanted to draw this scene with a different couple - one of my favorite fictional couples, that is. Finally, I drew it with Guybrush Threepwood and Elaine Marley from The Curse of Monkey Island (a.k.a. CMI).
I think they'd fit in this scene pretty well - Guybrush, the underprivileged blonde-haired boy (I'd say pirates are kinda "underprivileged" ), and Elaine, the first-class red-haired girl (of course, she'd go first class - she's the Governor of the Tri-island area, after all ). And they don't even have to be on the Titanic at all, it can be any pirate ship, like the "Sea Cucumber" from CMI, e.g.
I think it turned out quite pretty, though I wasn't so sure about the colors of the clothes and the sunset, as I didn't have a good reference pic. Elaine without her scarf was quite a challenge, but I referenced her hair from the wedding scene at the end of CMI. And the shading was kinda experimental - first time I used 2 layers for the shading! Hope you like it.
